Processing Time
Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2-4 business days.
Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional production time. Please refer to the individual product listing for specific timelines.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer Standard and Priority shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft.
If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. We’re happy to assist with filing a carrier claim when possible.
International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
Customs processing may result in delivery delays beyond estimated timelines.
At this time, we are unable to ship to the European Union due to current import regulations. We appreciate your understanding and hope to resume EU shipping in the future.
