Refund policy

At The CoVA Collection, each piece is handcrafted in small batches, and many items are one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept general returns.

However, your satisfaction matters.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly repair or replace the item when possible.

To initiate a repair or exchange, email kristen@thecovacollection.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover shipping for the repaired or replacement item back to you.

Please note:

• Custom and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Normal wear and tear, improper use, or post-purchase alterations are not covered.
